This is an exciting opportunity for an established Property Accountant to join a leading Australian owned & operated business based in the inner suburbs of Melbourne.
About the Property Accountant role:
The Property Accountant is required to work across this businesses national property portfolio in all aspects of the property management financial reporting process.
Key responsibilities:
- Receipting of rental income
- Account reconciliations
- Raising invoices to tenants
- Dealing with re-charges
- Processing supplier invoices
- Assisting with preparation of budgets
- Month end reporting
- Setting up new properties
- Ensure lease dates are updated and correct
To be successful in this position you will have a minimum of two years experience working within an accounting role that is focused around the financial information associated with property management.
