This medium sized accounting firm with multiple office locations throughout QLD, VIC AND NSW are looking for a driven Business Services Manager to lead their North Sydney team. This firm offers their clients the complete suite of financial service offerings including accounting, taxation, advisory, wealth management, financial planning and superannuation. The Sydney office is lead by an impressive Director and boasts a very stable client base. The firm has invested heavily into their culture and pride themselves on their client first mentality.
POSITION
Due to internal restructuring within the Sydney office, this firm is looking to secure an exceptional Business Services Manager to mentor their team of bright and motivated accountants. This role will encompass staff management, client relationship management and new business development duties. This role will progress to partnership for the right candidate.
CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- CA/CPA Qualifications
- 8+ years experience in Australian Public Practice
- Proven management experience
- Strong technical tax knowledge
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
