Detail information about job Finance Analyst. Terms and conditions vacancy
This role involves you providing pure, high level financial analysis to an extremely competent and high-performing group of individuals while working in a flexible start up atmosphere.
The company combines two highly desirable aspects that many people are on the look out for in today's job market. They provide the flexibility, innovation and informality of a start up environment but they then combine this with significant financial backing from a global consulting firm.
In this role you will be responsible for providing financial performance analysis for future projects as well as a cost benefit analysis of potential future clients. The role involves you budgeting, forecasting, and analysing the P+L's and ultimately working with the Senior Finance Analyst to ensure that the consultants you are working alongside have the best quality financial analysis available to them.
This is a hugely desirable company to be working for and the role is entirely focused on providing high level decision support and management accounting to the team.
Skills and experience
This is an atmosphere that fosters creativity and innovation while also demanding very high results. As such, the ideal candidate will:
- Have at least 2 years in a forward-thinking, commercially aware management accounting position.
- Posses excellent stakeholder engagement skills. You must be able to interact comfortably with extremely high performing non-finance people
- Have proven analytical skills.
Prior experience in an environment where time-sheets are common, e.g accounting/law/consulting firms, is preferable but this will not be the deciding factor as to who gets the role.
