Following a recent increase in business, they are seeking a commercial analyst to join their commercial business support team.

About the Role

Reporting to the commercial finance manager, you will be driving consistent interpretations of reporting and analysis, using systems, business processes and technologies to establish, consolidate and deliver analysis and insights across the business.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze business segment performance vs target, identifying gaps as well as opportunities to increase sales
• Produce internal reporting for key stakeholder to support decision-making
• Establish analysis and reporting delivery methods
• Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, tracking the accuracy and distribution of reports, ensuring consistency, relevance and a high up-take
• Drive process improvement initiatives through recommendations and development of new reporting, processes and tools as required
• Additional ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.

Experience:

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Big 4 audit or advisory experience, ideally within construction
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Degree qualification in Finance, Business or Economic and/ CA qualified
