Description
As the first point of contact you will be responsible for;
- Management of incoming receivables and customer credits
- Maintaining an up-to-date debtor ledger in SAP
- Maximising cash flow through effective collection procedures such as out bound calls/email
- Reviewing and reconciling accounts
- Following up with customer enquiries
- Processing, investigating and generating reports when required
Profile
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years relevant experience in an accounts receivable position and be comfortable liaising with customers over the phone. You will demonstrate an ethical and credible work manner and be a results driven individual. Experience using SAP will be preferred.
