At the Senior Insolvency level this role offers more interesting and complex work when compared to other roles currently available. 90% of the corporate jobs they have secured in the past 6 months are trade-ons. This will make up a large part of your role, which will be 70% corporate insolvency. Gaining and solidifying your experience in this area will strengthen your CV for future career moves.
You can be confident that you will develop technically. They have effective training systems in place, which has seen the firm develop strong Accountants. Their training is very structured, and they have sessions every three weeks. This includes targeted lessons, market updates, meetings with lawyers and external seminars.
The firm is bolstering their teams at multiple levels in response to continued growth. As they continue to hire at the junior level, you will be given the opportunity to progress to a more senior position, to bridge the gap between the Managers and Intermediate / Seniors.
For this Senior Insolvency Accountant role we are seeking 2-4 years experience.
