- Clients are interviewed and hand selected - A and B grade
- Pooled team of 12 high performing Accountants available to help you
- Potential partnership if desired – on the table by 2023

- Focus on growing businesses, achieving goals and protecting client interests
- Approximately 70% advisory and 30% compliance mix
- Have a pooled team of 12 accountants available to help you
- Clients are selected through an interview process – Only A and B grade clientele that matches the service offering of the firm
- Get involved in the sale and acquisition of businesses – perform the due diligence, negotiations of purchase/sale prices, completed a detailed analysis regarding the structure of purchase and highlight strategic opportunities to the clients.
- Help to improve project margins for clients – provide details job segmentation and cost allocations, review of internal processes and strategically identifying improvements
- Provide three-way forecasting – cash flow, profit and loss and balance sheet
- Develop financial models to help clients understand and manage their businesses
- Prepare and present quarterly business review for clients
- Attend to tax planning requirements
- Review work completed by team members

Requirements:
- You will either be a strong current Manager or Senior Manager looking for a firm that is growing, reputatable, interesting client work, fun and flexible working culture however professional highly skilled team and leaders. You must have relevant experience working as an Accountant in the tax and business services space within an Australian Accounting firm.
