The Firm
This leading mid-tier firm has the size and a resource of a 2nd –tier practice but retains a very friendly and supportive atmosphere. The business has multiple partners and offers a full range of services. Due to continued growth of their client base one of the partners requires a manger to join his business services team.
The Role
Working under one of the firms leading partners you will take control of an impressive portfolio of clients. Some of these clients turnover up to $30 million. Your role will be a good mix of business services compliance and accounting for business clients and SMSF's. As a manager in the team you will have the opportunity to mentor staff and manage client relationships. This will include cross selling the firms other services and identifying new business opportunities.
The Individual
The partner seeks a candidate with a minimum of 7 years experience in public practice. You must be willing to work hard and take on the added responsibility of client and staff management. In return for your efforts you will be supported and mentored by an impressive partner who can push you through to the next level.
