Where You’ll Come In
The Partners believe in "supported autonomy" – the beauty of this structure is that you can essentially manage your own portfolio the way you see fit, receiving support when you need it; but without micromanagement.
As you demonstrate success with your clients and your team, you will be given the opportunity to progress to a management position in a short timeframe; and gain valuable mentorship in networking and marketing activities in order to get you there.
Your proactive approach and ability to build / maintain stakeholder relationships will see you working autonomously to manage your own jobs and a small team that sits below you. You’ll quickly be a part of the management team which will have you involved in strategic decisions that the Partners undertake.
Minimum of 5+ years experience required along with CA / CPA.
