About the business
Well established in the Perth market, the business is going through some exciting changes and expansion on the East Coast and are looking for a driven and meticulous Accountant to join their team.
About the Role
Working in a small team, you will be responsible for multiple related business entities, your primary duties will include Accounts Receivable, Treasury and Cash Flow Management, Payroll, Financial Reporting for all entities, comprising but not limited to:
- Managing Accounts Receivables: credit checks, raising invoices, debt collection
- Timely processing & allocation of payments
- Regular cash flow management
- Bank Reconciliation
- Managing Payroll function: process end-to-end payroll, Superannuation, Leave Entitlements, terminations and payments, Award interpretations
- Achieve accurate and timely financial reporting

Skills and experience
- Tertiary qualifications in Finance/Accounting preferred
- Minimum Three years’ experience preferred
- MYOB experience
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail – these are to be considered critical abilities
- Ability to work autonomously and in a small team environment
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Able to use initiative
