About the Role
As the Accounts Payable Officer, your responsibilities will include:
- Processing Weekly and monthly supplier invoicing (high volume)
- Reimbursments
- Credit card processing
- Using TechOne as Accounting Package
- Adhoc administrative duties as required.
6 month fixed term contract for 3 days per week 20 -25 hours. Flexible days.
About you
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2 to 5 years Accounts Payable experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
- Experience using Technology One accounting package is an advantage
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- High attention to detail and a positive attitude towards work
- Excellent understanding of the accounting process
- Demonstrated skills in word processing/spreadsheets and database management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of GST
