The ideal candidate has had some strong experience in public practice and is very capable helping clients directly, particularly with the setup of accounting systems like MYOB AccountRight and Xero (including payroll).

You will be responsible for:
- Financial statements and income tax returns for individuals, trusts, companies, partnerships (using MYOB) and superannuation funds (using BGL)
- Deal with clients from small business startups and tradespeople to multi-million dollar groups.
- Business Activity Statements, Fringe Benefits Statements etc.
- Assist clients with the management of their internal accounting systems.
- Support partners and managers in implementing strategies and providing advisory services.
The candidate will report to directors and managers and have the support of a great team to help them in their role and their career development.
Experience with MYOB AE and working with clients in the hospitality industry would be preferred. We are seeking someone who has completed tertiary education and has (or is studying to) complete CPA/CA accreditation.
