Toll People Brisbane, the recruitment division of the Toll Group, has a casual Credit Officer vacancy with one of the Toll Business units based in Karawatha. This position is day shift, Monday to Friday, casual on-going and is to start as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities
- Looking after internal customer portfolios
- High volume of collection calls
- Investigate and resolve customer queries in an accurate and timely manner(by phone & email)
- Multiple tasks - administration support
- Entry of payment receipts into the billing system
- Maintain and update debtors ledger
- Ensure company credit policies and procedures are complied with
Requirements for applicants
- High level of Accounts receivable experience
- Attention to detail and adhere to deadlines.
- Adaptable and flexible approach.
- Proven ability to use spread sheets, word-processing, database and management information systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Unibiz experience highly regarded
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staffs.
- Friendly and professional team player with good work ethic.
- Available to work Monday to Friday - 38 hour week
- Own transport.
