About the business
The business is an Australian subsidiary group of a large listed company in HK. The business has been investing and developing high quality operating assets in renewable energy sector in Australia. Through years' successful growth, we are looking to bring on a motivated accountant who are keen to learn and grow in one of the more expansive financial accounting roles.
About the role
The role will cover following for a group of subsidiary companies:
- Day to day accounting and maintenance of GL ledgers
- Month end close and balance sheet reconciliations
- Tax compliance activities
- Consolidation and group reporting
- Cashflow report/ forecasting
- Supporting annual statutory reporting and group statutory reporting
- Supporting the annual audit process
- Budgeting and budget analysis.
- Assistance and supporting acquisition of new assets/projects from finance perspective
- Assistance with co-ordination with bank/financial institution for financing requirements
- Co-ordination with external consultant
Skills and experience
- 3+ years' experience in accounting/financial reporting
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent in written and verbal Chinese and English
- China large group accounting experience is preferred
- CA/CPA qualification is preferred
