Zjoosh are looking for a skilled and dedicated Accounts Clerk to fill a Maternity Contract for 12 months.  With the amazing growth occuring at Zjoosh, there is a strong likelihood the role could become ongoing for the right candidate.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Key KPI’s:

• Manage the day-to-day transaction processing into the accounting system, Xero.
• Complete monthly reconciliation of Xero to physical records including bank reconciliations, accounts payable and receivables, as well as other required balance sheet reconciliations
• Produce the monthly Xero reports (from the system) for provision to management for review
• Assist with managing the Accounts Payable function by ensuring timely recording of invoices payable into Xero to enable the Accounts Payable report to be produced for management
• Assist with managing the Accounts Receivable function including production of invoices as required to enable the Accounts Receivable report to be produced for management
• Assist management and other areas of the business in reconciling sales and inventory data from the Retail Express system with the Xero accounting system
• Manage the fortnightly payroll cycle including the inputting of casual hours, maintaining the casual and fulltime staff records, calculating the employee pays and production of the pay run using the Xero Payroll system (or such other system as may be introduced)
• Overseeing the company’s bank payment system through NAB Connect including the entering of payments once approved and reconciling of all bank movements to the Xero accounting system. 
• Using excel to generate other reports as required and to assist management in preparation of annual budgets and other pieces of analysis
• This role may be reviewed over time as the business grows.

• Experience with Xero accounting system
• Excel skills
• Accounting qualifications
• Ability to show initiative to problem solving
