This global company are looking for you to join their team as a Credit Control Officer. They are seeking someone who has had previous Credit Control experience and can start as soon as possible for a temporary contract in Melbourne CBD. They are a company who are pioneers in their field with core values of teamwork and constant improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the company’s debtor’s accounts
- Regular and effective contact with debtors to ensure payment of outstanding invoices
- Achieve and maintain credit control targets as set for the position
- Monitor customer credit limit
- Be able to liaise with internal staff where necessary
- Able to assist customers with disputes where necessary
- Be able to manage with internal stakeholders
- Reconcile bank accounts and cash sales and produce financial reports for management as required
- Assist in providing accurate, timely and meaningful reports

- Operate effectively in a team, contributing positively to team operations and working relationships and cultivating a strong team environment within the department
Key Requirements:
- 2-3 years Credit Control experience
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Be able to work both independently and in a team environment
- Able to deal with a high volume ledger
