The Company 

Based in the inner north eastern suburbs, our client is a well established and ethically orientated Not For Profit with a focus on social welfare and mental health. They are currently looking to recruit an immediately available Accounts Receivable professional to join their high performing finance team on a temporary ongoing basis. 
  
The Role

Reporting directly to the Accounts Receivable Coordinator, you will be an integral member of a high performing Accounts Receivable Team. Your key tasks will include, but will not be restricted to:
  
- Ensure invoices are billed and receipted accurately and on time 
- Develop and maintain accounts transaction information and records 
- Monitor accounts receivable processing activities 
- Identify and implement process improvements 
- Input and process journal entries when required 
- Assist with month end close 
- Reconciliation of accounts and adjustments to journal entries 
- Assisting in the preparation of annual financial statements and audit 
- Handle internal and external queries 
- Ad hoc tasks as required 
  
The Candidate

With a background in Accounts Receivable, you will be able to commence work immediately. You will have a high level of written and verbal communication skills and will have a strong customer service focus. With highly developed interpersonal skills you will have the proven ability to form good working relationships with a range of stakeholders, both internal and external.
