A great opportunity for an Intermediate Accountant to join a well known and respected business advisory accounting firm.

My client is well known for its fantastic treatment of their employees as well as their clients in business services/advisory accounting. This firm has a passion for strong, internal and external relationships. driven from the Partners all the way through management to all other levels of staff. You'll be serving a mix of clients, including High nett worth individuals as well as SMEs and large multi-million dollar corporations across diverse industries.
Description
Working closely with the Manager you will be handling a mix of compliance and advisory work.
- Preparing financial statements and income tax returns for large companies & SMEs, trusts, HNWIs
- Construct and maintain working papers.
- Preparing tax reconciliations
- Preparing tax projections; providing tax-planning & drafting advice
- Liaising with clients & developing client relationships
- Mentoring junior staff
Profile
To be successful in this role you will need to have the following attributes:
- CA or CPA qualified (or near completion).
- 4+ years experience in an accounting firm.
- MYOB, Quick Books, XERO experience required.
- Be client focused and efficient.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic and team oriented.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
