Seeking a Collections Officer to join their rapidly expanding team.
Your new company
Our client is a global leader in supply chain management. They are seeking a Collections Officer to join their rapidly expanding team.
Your new role
In your new role you will be working with a team, reporting to the Credit Manager. You will be responsible for handling around 55 inbound and outbound collections calls daily, resolving client queries, debtor management, dispute resolution and distributing invoices.
What you'll need to succeed
As the successful candidate you will have exceptional communication and negotiation skills. You must be approachable, tactful and be able to work well in a team. Oracle and Excel is desirable, as well as the ability to work to strict deadlines and KPIs.
