Accounts Administrator required for leading company based in Southbank. This is a fast paced role that requires an accounts administration that has strong excel and reconciliation skills and the ability to multi task.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Data entry of credit notes and invoices
• Allocation of payments
• Facilitate orders, validate returns and monitor back orders
• Liaise with internal departments
• Manage claims
• Prepare and reconcile accounts
• Query Resolution
• Call and/or mail correspondence to customers
• General administrative duties

To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate:

• High level of attention to detail
• Intermediate skills in MS Excel (Pivot Tables)
• Have working knowledge of Privacy Act
• Prior Accounts Payable/Receivable experience
• Ability to work unsupervised in a fast paced environment

To be successful in this role you will have strong computer skills an excellent work ethic along with a positive can-do attitude.
