The Company
Robert Half is currently recruiting for an end to end Accounts Payable Officer to join a well-known organisation based in the Inner Suburbs. You will be working with high volumes in a fast-paced environment. This position would be ideal for someone looking to grow their current skill set within a supportive environment and is suitable for candidates on a Working Holiday Visa.
This is a temporary 3 month assignment and will suit a candidate who can hit the ground running.
The Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, your duties will include:
- End to end Accounts Payable
- Matching and Coding
- Statement Reconciliations
- Managing and resolving queries
Your Profile
To be successful, you will have previously held a similar role in a high-volume environment using large ERP systems for 1-2 years. You also require excellent communication skills, a can-do attitude and a high level of attention to detail.
Availability at short notice is essential.
