Description
Reporting directly into the Finance Contoller, the Project Accountant will oversee the below;
- Management accounting - managing the budget/forecast, cashflow monitoring (organising payments for suppliers), cashflow forecast, calculating distribution to unit holders, covenants compliance certificate etc
- Monthly bank reconciliations.
- Preparing the Board/Management report quarterly within the required working days.
- Preparing BAS and IAS, as well as assistance with other tax compliance requirements
- Liaise with auditors and Knight Frank (outsourced Property accountant) and review of statutory accounts
- Adhoc duties
Profile
You will be an organised and driven individual who enjoys both high level analysis & hands on accounting work. Other essential criteria includes;
- Degree Qualified: Accounting major
- CPA/CA Qualified
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience in property accounting preferred
- Ability to maintain and analyse large amounts of financial data, identifying trends and exceptions.
- Ability to work at a quick pace while keeping a high attention to detail.
