The Company
We are working with a Globally recognised organisation located within the Wetherill Park region, who are seeking a proactive and tenacious Collections Officer. You will be working within a supportive team environment on a 12-month Fixed Term basis.
The Role
Reporting to the Collections Manager, you will be required to perform the following but not be limited to:
- Dispute handling and conflict resolution
- High volume of collections calls
- Negotiating payment terms and arrangements
- Performing skip tracing
- Administrative tasks as required
The Successful Candidate
To be considered for this position, you will have 2-3 years’ experience within a collections or customer service environment performing similar duties and be a tenacious phone collector. You will also have attributes such as:
- Experience with large ERP - SAP or Navision highly regarded
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong negotiation skills and excellent phone manners
- Have intermediate excel skills
- Strong work ethics and being able to work in a KPI driven environment
- Must have own vehicle as free parking is available on site

This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract, working for a globally recognised organisation where you can enhance your skills and work for a well known brand. You will be remunerated between $50 - $55 k + super.
