360 Partners is an accounting and advisory firm (CPA) that provides a range of services and advice to a wide range of clients. We have a strong focus on technology and cloud computing which assists us in providing outstanding service and value to our clients. Due to recently acquiring another accounting firm our team of 10 is expanding. This expansion will provide the successful candidate plenty of opportunities to progress their career.

The successful candidate will be exposed to a wide range of opportunities and experiences that are not present anywhere else in the marketplace. Forget everything you know about traditional accounting firms as 360 Partners operates very differently from the traditional accounting business model.

You will be working within a team and will be involved in everything from the day to day servicing of clients, administration of ATO and ASIC matters, direct client communication, general client administration and exposure to many other business and operational matters.

The successful applicant will be energetic, outgoing, social and be willing to involve themselves in all aspects of a modern business. While formal qualifications are important, we are searching for someone that has a good work ethic and a strong sense of innovation. In terms of qualifications, the successful candidate will have completed an accounting or commerce degree to a high standard. You will have excellent communication and computer skills (word, excel, outlook). Any other additional qualifications or expertise will be looked upon favourably (IT skills, web design, sales or marketing etc.).

As this is a graduate role no prior experience is required, although any experience in a public practice accounting firm will be looked upon favourably. Unique applicants outside this range will be considered. Remuneration will be commensurate with experience.
