Property Accountant - Property Group - $95,000 plus Bonus

Role 

As part of a team of Property Accountants and Analysts, you will be responsible for providing high quality support and service to a portfolio of A-Grade Assets enabling optimal business decision making. There is a high expectation for the provision of quality management reports that includes variance analysis, commentaries, budgeting and forecasting. 

Person

You will be a customer-focused with excellent communication skills. You will be CA or CPA qualified with Property Accounting or Asset level Management Accounting experience from the owner or agency side. This may also be your first move from Chartered. This opportunity will suit a team-player with ambitions to gain quality asset level reporting and analytics exposure that can lead into commercial analysis or management.
