Our client, a growing private Aged Care company based in the inner suburbs of Melbourne, a has an exciting opening for a confident and customer focused individual to join their small team. 

Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager, you will be working within a collaborative and dedicated team of four, within a wider finance team of eight. 
Responsible for your own port folio of care homes, you will have a emotionally intelligent approach to every individual case as well as have the knowledge and understanding of common issues with collections/receivables within this industry.
Any experience of V-CAT and State Trustees will be an advantage.

Responsibilities to include:  ·

• Collection of overdue payments 
• Billing and reconciling of invoices and sending out statements 
• Investigation of discrepancies  
• Reporting  
• Customer enquiries and assisting in resolving outstanding debts

About you : 

• At Least one year of A/R or collections experience within the Aged Care or Health Care industry 
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail 
• Team player
