We are a multi-award winning, dynamic event management and marketing agency based in the inner city of Sydney. We are looking for a proactive finance assistant to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to join this high-profile company where you will be both challenged and rewarded. 

 You will need to have: 

• 2 years' office experience in a similar finance role 

• Meticulous attention to detail 

• Excellent Microsoft excel skills 

• Experience with Microsoft Sharepoint would be an advantage 

• Ability to multi-task as you will be assisting all staff 

• Good time management skills 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

Working with a small, young team you will be responsible for finance administration. You will be primarily responsible for the following:  

• Point of contact between staff and our external accounting team 

• Working with our accounts team to process invoices and remittances 

• Budget updates 

• Financial reporting – including updating our expenses register and client Work-In-Progress financial reports 

Casual hourly rate of $24/hour plus super.
