About the role:

An opportunity has arisen for a proven Finance Manager or Analyst to move into a 12-month contract role providing financial and analytical support to a busy call centre based in Parramatta

Key Duties:

• Analysing statistics to provide performance reports to relevant stakeholders
• Managing and implementing process improvements across the call centre
• Directing the department’s relationship with Corporate Finance divisions
• Provide advice and support around budgeting matters
• Managing and developing staff where appropriate

Skills & Experience:

• Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting disciplines
• Proven stakeholder management experience within call centre or shared service environments
• Excellent levels of self-motivation, time management and prioritisation skills
• Knowledge of Government and Public Sector policies advantageous
