This role represents a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Risk and Compliance Officer with a comprehensive background working across all aspects of business operations. You should possess a strong level of knowledge and experience in a previous position, and be able to clearly demonstrate your expertise and professional abilities when managing Risk and Compliance essentials as part of an operations team. Key elements of this position will be to:
- Manage the implementation of all aspects of the Risk and Compliance functions including implementation of processes and procedures, tools and systems to identify, assess, measure and monitor risk and compliance.
- Assist in the development, review and implementation of the company Risk Management Strategy including the prioritisation of risks, implementation of mitigation strategies, development of risk policies and procedures across the organisation.
- Undertake regular risk management reviews and make recommendations for organisation wide risk management systems and improvements.
- Drive compliance with applicable standards and legislative requirements, and assist in the implementation of compliance improvements required to ensure contractual obligations are met and adhered for programs of work.
