The Role
- Management of the full accounts receivables function through efficient & effective methods of communication with both internal and external stakeholders
- Coordination, compilation and review of weekly debtor reports, and highlighting risky or problematic clients to the management team
- Management of debtor escalation processes
- Effective management of the accounts payable function, entering purchase invoices and allocating them to relevant accounts and departments in a timely manner
You
- At least 5+ years of professional experience in commercially-focused credit and receivables role
- Exposure to Xero accounting software or other corporate accounting software
- Well demonstrated Excel skills (Intermediate to Advanced)
- Must possess good written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work with both confidentiality and accuracy at all times
- High level of attention to detail
