Position Description 
Reporting directly to the Shared Services Manager, the role will involve taking ownership of the Accounts process with key tasks involving:

• Bank reconciliations
• Applying customer receipts
• Managing the expense reimbursement process
• Reconciling & processing staff Amex cards
• Entering accounts payable supplier invoices
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Fortnightly supplier payment runs
• Assisting the finance team when required

Candidate Profile
The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar full function Accounts Officer role. The successful applicant will also have the following attributes:

• High level numeracy and reconciliation skills
• Demonstrated intermediate MS Excel skills including the use of formulas and functions
• High level time management skills & the ability to meet deadlines
• The ability to work within a team environment
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
