This is a rare opportunity to join a newly created division of an established business. The Group is listed in the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and operate across the globe. They are wanting to expand their Australian presence, and as a result are looking for a talented Financial Reporting Manager to join their finance team.
Within this role, you will be responsible for:
- All accounting and financial reporting for their HK listed business
- Working closely with the CFO and Company Secretary to ensure compliance to Hong Kong Listing Rules
- Overseeing and coordinating financial teams across Asia
- Inhouse advisor in financial reporting standards and technicques
- Internal review on the feasibility and cashflow models prepared by the business
As the ideal candidate you will be Big 4 or second-tier trainined and have a strong understanding of IFRS/HKFRS standards, coupled with a solid understanding of listing rules. Experience in HKEX listed company financial reporting and compliance is highly preferred. Most importantly, you will be fluent in Mandarin - both written and verbal
