This dynamic business is a leading player in an exciting and ever-changing sector. They have an exciting vision for the future and are re-positioning the business to take advantage of the opportunities arising. Due to a recent restructure a role has been created for a Compliance Manager. 

Reporting the the GM Finance the role will be responsible for the implementation and management of  business controls and working in a SOX compliant environment.  The role will be required to drive change across the current finance structure implementing and providing training on the correct  policy and procedures around SOX. The role will have an extensive people engagement and influencing component working across all areas of the organisation in particular with IT and the broader finance team locally and internationally.

The successful candidate will be a Chartered Accountant a proven track record working in the controls environment either from the profession or in commercial. Exposure working in a multinational environment with exposure to SOX is essential. We are looking for exceptional communicators and relationship builders who are able to work in a fast paced environment engaging with a variety of stakeholders from multiple countries and cultures.
