With a new senior management team in place, and a highly successful and strategic rebranding of the business, they are in a position not only to increase profitability, but also invest in an efficient & customer centric payroll function.
The Role
Reporting to a down to earth & highly accomplished Senior Payroll Manager, the role is to assist with the management of the function & drive payroll projects:
- Processing, Auditing & Checking of weekly payroll of 3,500 employees
- Data Analysis & Validation on Chris 21
- Payroll Tax & Superannuation Reconciliation
- Systems Testing & Process Mapping
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across the business
The Person
An exceptional payroll professional who has significant exposure to Chris 21 or I Chris. You must essentially have the dexterity to build exceptional relationships with difficult stakeholders across the business, and to become a credible 2IC to the Payroll Manager.
