Are you a Credit Officer with 2-3+ years experience? This Multi-National business is looking for an experienced Credit Officer to join their business. You will be part of a greater collection team that has an excellent culture and thrives on getting results.
Your duties will include:
- Manage your own portfolio of customers
- High volume call collections - 50-60 phone calls/day
- Account reconciliation and dispute resolution
- Cash flow forecasting
- Raising credits
- Risk management, stop supply, debt escalation
You will have:
- 2-3+ years experience in Credit/Accounts Receivable
- Large ERP and Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Come from a high volume call environment
- Dealt with small to medium sized business collections
- Experience dealing with disputes through operational side of the business
