We are currently seeking a part time Payroll Officer to join our Support Office team based in St Leonards
About the Role
Reporting into the Payroll manager you will be responsible for the following:
- Processing our Payroll - 3 days/ week (Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday)
- Running end to end payroll through LS NAV system
- Updating the payroll system with new starters
- Calculation, payment and reconciliation of all deductions, taxes and other payments
- Analysis and reporting all payroll metrics and HR information
- Basic interpretation of Awards
- Assisting with payroll queries and enquiries as required
Our ideal Candidate:
• Strong Excel and numeracy skills.
• Great attention to detail.
• Superior written and oral communication.
• Prior experience using Payroll software.
• Experience in a business with multiple sites all over Australia.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Involvement in system implementation or system change desireable
