UrbanVirons provides a broad range of Horticultural and Aboricultural services to State & Local Government bodies, Councils, NRM Boards, Commercial & Industrial premises and domestic clients throughout South Australia.

As the Accounts Receivable Officer you will:

• Be accountable for the coordination of all invoice generation support activities to ensure optimal cash flow

• Debt collection via phone, email or mail and ensure all records are maintained

• Timely conversations on all enquires

• Production of customer statements

• Daily processing through Pronto

• Cash flow and debtor reporting

Skills and Experience:

• Experience in a high-volume accounts receivable environment
• Advanced Excel skills
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence to deal with payroll queries
• Very strong organisational skills and close attention to detail
• Preferable previous experience using Pronto
