A great opportunity for an experienced Accounts Receivable officer to join a highly regarded company in technology, based in Melbourne’s CBD. Located close to public transport, cafes and restaurants this is a prime location.

The Company

Our client has recently experienced tremendous growth and are currently in need of an extra pair of helping hands. This is an ongoing temporary position with an immediate start and is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys a corporate environment and is on the lookout for their next challenge.

Reporting to the Shared Services Manager you will be responsible for

• Building relationships and negotiating payments
• Managing an allocated portfolio of major clients
• Initiate and coordinate daily collection activity
• Generating reports
• Preparing and sending correspondence to debtors
• Monthly reconciliations
• Risk analysis
• Ad hoc support to Credit Manager as required

Skills & Experience

• 5 + Years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent and professional phone manner
• Ability to work in a high volume and deadline driven environment
• A positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond
• A passion for customer service
