The role available is a full-function permanent accounts payable role that features an attractive salary and excellent CBD location. Currently we are ideally looking for a junior accounts payable officer to start as soon as possible!
Client Details
The company is a large not-for-profit in Melbourne CBD that has been rapidly growing over the last few years. The organisation has an excellent corporate culture and has a strong community focus.
Description
Day-to-day duties include but are not limited to:
- Full function accounts payable processes
- Pay invoices via EFT, cheque, on-line banking
- Maintain files and documentation in accordance with the companies accounting practices and current policy
- Handling Accounts Payable queries
- Managing creditor relationships
- Reconciliation of all company credit cards
Profile
The successful candidate must have the following experience:
- Previous end-to-end accounts payable experience
- Previous experience working with a large ERP system such as SAP or Oracle
- Previous experience working with high volumes of invoices is preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
