We are currently recruiting for a National Operations Manager. This attractive opportunity is based at Essendon Fields and will be responsible for a $60 Million P&L. The role will see you take on Operational responsibility of the Business Unit nationally which includes 300 staff.
The position is a key company leadership role with strong career prospects and will suit a dynamic, driven leader. You will need to have experience leading a large multi-location business and be proven in the profitable running, developing and improvement of business operations, systems and processes of a substantial portfolio.
High level leadership, strategic planning, commercial, communication and relationship management capability are key for this attractive and challenging role. Your aptitude for financial analytics will also be of critical value.
You will need to be degree qualified in business or a related industry.
