WA Regional Manager
Titan Australia is the largest integrated provider of tyres, wheels, axles, undercarriage components and associated services in Australia. Supplying and servicing the Original Equipment and Aftermarket requirements of the Industrial, Mining, Construction, Earthmoving, Transport, Agricultural, Recreational and general consumer off the road (OTR) markets.
Titan Australia is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced management professional to join our team, focusing on the following markets: Agricultural, Industrial, Transport, Construction and Quarry selling our products to OE manufacturers & aftermarket business.
Specifically, the role requires the following skills and experience:
- Superior interpersonal skills to guide branch managers in operational activities including coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees in assigned locations.
- Demonstrated capability to achieve sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Strong focus on maintaining and expanding customer base by counselling regional customer account managers; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities
- Demonstrated P&L, budgeting and business planning capability
- Proven judgement and decision-making skills
- Knowledge relating to Titan's product range or similar is essential for success in this role
- Understanding of the challenges, and experience in, managing a geographically spread workforce would be an advantage
