Aveo, Australia's leading retirement community owner/operator is seeking an experienced, motivated and pro-active Retirement Living Community Manager for Aveo Roseville located in Doncaster East, Vic.
About the role:
Reporting to the Territory Operations Manager, you will be required to provide management support to the community to create a happy, welcoming, caring and safe home for our residents.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day operations of the community, monitoring and reviewing compliance in relation to the Retirement Villages Act; Body Corporate and Community Management Act; all Aveo policies and procedures; and overall financial management of the community.
Minimum role requirement:
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Tertiary qualification in business or related discipline;
- Previous experience as a Business/General Manager (desirable);
- Knowledge of Retirement Accreditation standards, processes and criteria(desirable);
- Demonstrated knowledge in relevant legislation;
- Budget development and management;
- Intermediate to Advanced user of the Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- High level written and verbal communication and negotiation skills;
- Strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
