About the Role

We have on offer a unique opportunity for an experienced Senior Leader as the Head of Customer Delivery to take our Client through the next phase of growth and expand an already established but progressing area. Critical to the role is the delivery of remarkable results to our client within strict deadlines.

You will work as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team and report to the Director of Customer Delivery. You will provide strong leadership, project discipline and direction to effectively manage our Client and work with key stakeholders to meet client and business needs.

Primary activities will include the management and leadership of the BSA Team and the field workforce and the management and accountability of the client performance.

This is an excellent opportunity to manage revenue and grow the work volume in a client-facing role, pushing the business forward while increasing stability in BSA's existing industry presence.

Success Attributes:

·         Strong and demonstrable experience in a Senior
          Leadership role within the Telecommunications
          industry and you will hold relevant tertiary
          business/commerce qualifications

·         Previous experience with Telecommunications           
          Network operations, maintenance and construction is
          highly regarded, specifically within the Satellite and
          HFC networks

·         Proven experience executing large scale projects,
          leading change, vendor and workforce
          management.

·         Proven ability to deliver service and operational
          efficiency, leveraging industry experience and
          expertise to achieve results with strong commercial
          and financial acumen

·         Exceptional communication skills to successfully
          manage and build strong relationships with key
          internal and external stakeholders

·         The drive and ability to deliver high performance
           results in a fast paced industry, solve problems,
           make informed decisions, be adaptable and lead
           successful teams.
