Our client is a new innovative roll up of healthcare services to the Australian public.

As a result of their growth they wish to appoint a talented business professional to the position of Chief Operating Officer.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Management of the current business's providing the healthcare services
Some business development of new acquisitions
Establishing new management services to support the business growth
Business reporting to the Board
Management of functions to support the business ie. Finance, IT, HR, etc.
Part of the Executive Group developing and executing the business strategy

Personal Qualifications

You must have a minimum of 10 years experience in the medical, dental or animal health care market.
You must be tertiary qualified in commerce, finance or economics
You have the ability to inspire people, the skills to complete complex tasks and an infectious engaging "can do" work style

This business has exciting growth plans and you will be a pivotal Member of that growth.
