Your new role
The CEO will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the company’s long term transformation strategy with a view to creating shareholder value,while ensuring the culture and operating environment shapes and communicates the vision by fostering brand excellence and the delivery of outstanding results.
What you'll need to succeed
Working with people who make manufacturing and marketing in consumer products a career, the CEO will need to provide inspirational leadership balancing the internal and external client facing demands of the role. Conversant with operating metrics of a manufacturing environment, this role will be accountable for the company’s financial resources and be a champion of driving a strong performing organisation.
