The position
We are looking for operational leaders with Regional Management experience, who have strong P&L experience $50M and above, and proven financial/business acumen that will help drive our 10-year vision for growth and sustainability. You will lead, direct and manage all operations within your defined region, contributing to the achievement of annual business plans, profit targets and strategic objectives.
- Profit and loss, budget forecast and financial performance
- Identify and develop organic volume growth
- Facilitate and support the building of our Cleanaway culture
- Risk management and internal controls
About you
If you are ambitious and are continuous improvement minded, especially if your commitment, compatibility and capability are aligned with:
- Strong leadership with the ability to apply operational/commercial acumen that delivers results
- Intellectual rigour and curiosity, with strong numeracy skills
- The ability to balance people with business, build highly engaged teams delivering results with humility and confidence
- Experience in manufacturing, chemical engineering or plant operation will be highly regarded
