About the business

The organisation is a not for profit management body in the Yarra Ranges with a turnover of $3m. 

The organisation is currently being managed by an external body whilst the newly appointed board establishes itself and an interim CEO is appointed. 

About the role

The interim CEO will manage the organisation whilst the newly appointed board makes a full time appointment. The successful interim CEO will be invited to apply for the full time position. 

Due to bouts of extremely poor management this organisation is now in need of an experienced executive to take the helm. Extensive change management experience, organisational development experience, and a greatly collaborative approach will be essential in order to enjoy, and to make a success, of this position.
