Community Business Bureau (CBB) works with not for profits Australia–wide to help them build their organisational and business capability. CBB is a unique social enterprise which operates a fee-for-service business with a clear social purpose. We provide salary packaging services and business consulting solutions to the NFP sector.
With our national office in Adelaide, CBB provides a range of salary packaging products and services tailored to suit clients’ needs and impact positively on staff attraction and retention across the sector. Our dedication to service and professionalism has led to continued national growth. This now presents an exciting opening for a community minded, passionate Relationship Manager to promote CBB Salary Packaging to our current and future clients in the Northern Territory.
This role is an opportunity to build a rewarding career within CBB and the community sector. You will use your demonstrated relationship building skills to be CBB’s point of contact in the NT and support our business development activities. The successful candidate will work with clients to build ongoing productive and proactive relationships with employees and employers by providing high quality customer experiences which reflect CBB’s core values of Respect, Integrity, Service and Empowerment. The position will be responsible for:
/ business development activities including providing local client intelligence / following established procedures to sign up our customers
/ providing information about Salary Packaging to our clients
/ providing ongoing support and advice to our client base
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following selection criteria:
/ consistently high level of professionalism and personal presentation
/ highly developed communication and organisational practices
/ experience in building relationships with employees and key decision makers / engaging interpersonal style across group and one to one interactions
/ self-motivated approach and experience in building productive trip plans
/ an understanding of business, personal finance or banking would be an advantage
