To effectively prepare for future challenges, Metro North executive leaders have identified key milestones and systemic themes for a comprehensive transformation program. The Chief Transformation Officer will work with peers across all disciplines to provide improvements to workforce development, service innovation, enabling technology and process improvement.
Metro North Board and executive are seeking a highly capable, broadly skilled senior executive with a demonstrated track record for challenging the norm. To be considered for this opportunity you will have proven ability and the requisite attributes to manage an enterprise-wide change program of this scale.
