Duties and Responsibilities

• Business Development: Grow the revenue of the banking practice by leveraging existing relationships and identifying new opportunities.
• Stakeholder Engagement: As a member of the ANZ leadership team, be a key contributor to the overall business, locally and globally.
• Leadership: Attract, retain and develop a high performing business development team.
• Thought Leadership: Develop a strong reputation as a market experience.  Influence and continued the evolution of the business.

Skills, Experience and Leadership Capabilities

• Breadth of Technology Experience: Broad technology expertise including automation, software implementation, application management, services and infrastructure within the financial services industry.  
• Growth: Has led a large scale, complex consulting business of $150M+ and demonstrated consistent YoY growth. Has built high performing business development teams.
• Stakeholder Engagement and Leadership: 10+ years’ experience influencing both senior internal and external stakeholders with executive team
• Consulting: Experience in working with and influencing executives and senior management within client organisations to identify requirements/opportunities and formulate high-level solutions.
• Culture and Leadership Capabilities: Strong influencing skills, deeply focused on clients, a leader who “gets things done”, is strategic and has a high attention to detail.   

Candidates must hold a relevant visa/citizenship to work in Australia to be eligible for this role.
